    Lead pastor

    Dewayne and Misty have been married since 2003 and have three beautiful daughters, Ayden, Asher, and Austyn. In the past, they have ministered as Men's Ministry Leader, Mpact Coordinator, and Youth Sponsors before joining full-time ministry as the Youth Pastors in 2015. Dewayne is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and a graduate of SUM Bible College. Misty currently serves as the Embrace Women's Ministry Director. They desire to see people filled with the love of God in a family environment.

    Associate Pastor

    Kenny has attended and served at Open Arms faithfully from a very young age. He is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God. Prior to becoming Associate Pastor, he ministered as the head of the media department and as a part of the worship team. His wife, Alicia, continues to minister as the MPACT kid’s coordinator. Kenny and Alicia have been married since 2010 and met while attending the youth group at Open Arms. They have a three children, Bradley, Elizabeth, and Micah. Both Kenny and Alicia are passionate about serving and strive to support the community and church they love. They are excited and believe that God has extraordinary things in store for Open Arms.

    Office manager | church secretary

    Shirel Renneker is the daughter of Sylvester and the late Erma Brannon, who pastored churches at Hunter, Beebe, Augusta, and Lepanto, Arkansas. Shirel moved to Beebe when her husband Stanley was transferred on his job. She was the Business Manager for Wallace Baker Chevrolet in Beebe for 12 1/2 years. The Lord opened the door for her to become the church secretary at Open Arms Assembly, and she has been in that position ever since. Shirel and her husband Stanley have one son, a daughter-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters. Shirel has attended Open Arms Assembly since 1973. She enjoys reading, collecting cookbooks and mouse figurines, and scrapbooking.
