Pastor and Mrs. Dorsey were raised with strong values in Christian homes. They have served God from their youth. They have been married since 1967 and have a son, Jason that is a home missionary, and a daughter, Lisa who attends Open Arms Assembly. The Dorseys traveled as full time evangelists for four years and have pastored four churches. They have pastored Open Arms Assembly since 1984. Pastor Dorsey has led the church into a strong missions vision resulting in feeding, clothing and educating children overseas, building churches and college facilities in Africa, India, and Mexico, and has ministered in several nations around the world. Pastor Dorsey has established an Emotional Healing ministry in the church that has reached across denominational boundaries and has conducted seminars on the subject at home and abroad.

Nathan and Tonya Hubbard have been married since 1995. They have three boys; Jerod, Ethan, and Connor. They love spending time with their kids, roller coasters, and food. They have worked in ministry together since 1993 in a variety of roles: children, youth, music and associate. They both graduated from SAGU in Waxahachie, Texas in 1996. Nathan holds a degree in ministry and Tonya is a licensed teacher and currently serves as the Women's Ministry Director at Open Arms. They have ministered in Texas, Colorado, and Arkansas. They believe in empowering people to share the light of Jesus through servanthood and relationship.

Tony and Kerri have been married since 1998. They are proud parents of three children: Jessica, Kaleb, and Kohlman. They love spending time together with family, friends, and students. Tony is a student at ARSOM and Kerri is a recent graduate of ASU Jonesboro. They have been involved in ministry for people fighting to overcome addiction, student ministry, and worship ministry in Alabama and Arkansas. They love being a part of the Open Arms family and are excited to be working with the students at TheHouse.

Transplanted from California to Arkansas, Rhonda Weeks met and married Dwayne Weeks, a Beebe native, in 1980. They have two children, Trenton Weeks and McKenzie Weeks. Rhonda has been a member and served the church in various capacities for over 30 years. She serves as the Children’s Pastor and East Area Coordinator of JBQ (Junior Bible Quiz). Dwayne is the Men’s Ministry Leader in addition to teaching Sunday School, Children’s Ministry team and worship team. Trenton and McKenzie currently serve in the Children’s Ministry in addition to sponsors in the Youth Ministry, Youth Worship Team and graphic support. They love each other and the opportunity God has given them to serve Him as a family.

Shirel Renneker is the daughter of Sylvester and the late Erma Brannon, who pastured churches at Hunter, Beebe, Augusta, and Lepanto, Arkansas.

Shirel moved to Beebe when her husband Stanley was transferred on his job. She was the Business Manager for Wallace Baker Chevrolet in Beebe for 12 1/2 years. The Lord opened the door for her to become the church secretary at Open Arms Assembly, and she has been in that position ever since.

Shirel and her husband Stanley have one son, a daughter-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters. Shirel has attended Open Arms Assembly since 1973. She enjoys reading, collecting cookbooks and mice, and scrapbooking.
