    Lead pastor

    Dewayne and Misty have been married since 2003 and have two beautiful daughters, Ayden and Asher. In the past, they have ministered as Men's Ministry Leader, Mpact Coordinator, and Youth Sponsors before joining full-time ministry as the Youth Pastors in 2015. Misty currently serves as the Embrace Women's Ministry Director. Dewayne is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God and is currently attending SUM Bible College. They desire to see people filled with the love of God in a family environment.

    Associate Pastor

    Kenny has attended and served at Open Arms faithfully from a very young age. He is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God and leads the SUM Beebe Campus as the Cohort Advisor. Prior to becoming Associate Pastor, he ministered as the head of the media department and as a part of the worship team. His wife, Alicia, continues to minister as the MPACT Kid’s coordinator. Kenny and Alicia have been married since 2010 and actually met while attending the youth group together at Open Arms. They now have a son, Bradley, and a daughter, Elizabeth. Both Kenny and Alicia are passionate about serving and strive to support the community and church they love. They are excited and believe that God has extraordinary things in store for Open Arms.

    CHILDREN's pastor

    Transplanted from California to Arkansas, Rhonda Weeks met and married Dwayne Weeks, a Beebe native, in 1980. They have two children, Trenton (wife, Whitney) and McKenzie Weeks, and one granddaughter, Madelyn. Rhonda has been a member and served the church in various capacities for over 30 years. She serves as the Children’s Pastor and her husband Dwayne serves in several ministries including: teaching Sunday school, children’s ministry team and worship team.  They love each other and the opportunity God has given them to serve Him as a family.

    Youth PASTOR

    Before feeling the call of God to transition into full-time ministry, Zach was a Jr. High basketball coach for five years. It was during his time coaching and teaching that God began to prepare him for youth ministry. Zach and his wife, Tristan, have been married since 2010 and have faithfully attended Open Arms since 2011. During that time they have served the church in multiple capacities. Zach is a vocalist on the worship team and a member of the security team, Tristan has served in the nursery and is a co-leader to the Embrace women’s ministry, and together they have served as youth sponsors. They have a son, Jack, and a daughter, Daley. They are expecting their third child in March of 2019. Zach and Tristan are excited about what God is doing in The House Student Ministries. They are passionate about cultivating an environment where young people can feel fully known and loved by God.

    outreach pastor

    Born in Texas, Pablo moved to Beebe in 2001 and started attending the youth group at Open Arms. It was there he met his wife, Jillian and they married in 2004. They have a son, Tyson and two daughters, Saige and Juliet. Pablo has helped minister in many areas at Open Arms including: nursery, sound, Royal Rangers commander, F.I.R.E. teacher, youth sponsor, Sunday school teacher, intercessor, and trustee. He and his wife were foster parents for two years. Pablo loves meeting new people in the community and sharing the love of God with them. And in sharing the love of Christ, Pablo and Jill are excited to see families reached for Jesus!

    Office manager | church secretary

    Shirel Renneker is the daughter of Sylvester and the late Erma Brannon, who pastored churches at Hunter, Beebe, Augusta, and Lepanto, Arkansas. Shirel moved to Beebe when her husband Stanley was transferred on his job. She was the Business Manager for Wallace Baker Chevrolet in Beebe for 12 1/2 years. The Lord opened the door for her to become the church secretary at Open Arms Assembly, and she has been in that position ever since. Shirel and her husband Stanley have one son, a daughter-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters. Shirel has attended Open Arms Assembly since 1973. She enjoys reading, collecting cookbooks and mouse figurines, and scrapbooking.
